Cholula, Mexico

I really didn't see much of Cholula except the area around the central plaza. There are restaurants, shops and banks that occupy two sides of the plaza.
There is a Dominican Monestary that occupies another side of the plaza.
And, there's an Igelsia (church) on another side of the plaza.
I did encounter this yummy bowl of polzole at one of the restaurants.
